Jessica Jones is a boring and crappy snoozefest. Jessica Jones is the worst superhero TV show ever made. Why? Because its not on The CW and has juvenile storytelling devices? He dislikes stories about women that deal with real women issues, like rape culture and trauma and stuff.

Sounds like The Punisher is pretty bad. Can't possibly be any worst than Justice League Which they rated a 9/10. Since when does DC-Fan care about critics?

I'm starting it this weekend. Is it any good? How violent/brutal is it compared to Daredevil?

It gets much better by episode three, which I just finished. The show is just as brutal as his stuff on Daredevil, maybe even more so.

What I've watched has been very good so far.

I want to watch that. But, Christ!, 54% on Metacritic and 67% on RT, that's a red flag no-no for a TV show.
It's 13 episodes long and I wonder if it's worth all the time?

It's probably due to the political backlash from the recent shooting making people and critics wary of a vigilante who goes around doing that (to criminals, admittedly).

I am on episode 12 and it is incredible. Seriously. It is very well done. I do not get any negative reviews. It started out a little sluggish, but by the end of episode 3 I was hooked. It is very well written and acted. Unlike most of the Marvel shows so far, it does not seem long or dragged out. I keep wanting more, actually. Bernthal is great and none of the supporting cast get annoying or old at all. I really like all of them and the story never drags.

Im finishing ep 11 tonight and the last two too but I love this show. Lack of action? Not in my view. I also wonder where the negative reviews come from. Or they must base them on the first episode(s). It started somewhat slow, thats true.

I do not get the negative reviews either. I do not know how anyone can think Luke Cage was better than this. I still prefer Daredevil, but this is on the same level of Jessica Jones, which I loved.

Critics like shows about "issues". Luke Cage advertised itself as being about Black America so it seemed more "profound" although it had plenty of problems.
