If you have never tried this as an appetizer you should. Sometimes when I am drinking beer I just have these and nothing else. Shrimp wrapped in bacon.

But this was even better. Last year I got two ring-neck pheasants while hunting. Skinned them and cleaned the breasts. Wrapped them in bacon added salt and pepper and grilled them on low about 40 minutes turning often. Myself and three others tried them. We all agreed they were fantastic. They liked them so much they insisted if I got any more to call them and they would supply the beer. First pic is what they looked like before grilling and second pic after they were done. I know not everyone hunts but if you do you should reallt try ringneck like this. You wont regret it.

I would be afraid to cook shrimp in bacon. It seems to me the shrimp would cook faster than the bacon and it would be hard to chew. But then I am not a very good cook.

...saganaki is a Greek specialty dish prepared by frying a slab of Greek Kefalotyri cheese in olive oil, and then flaming it with Metaxxa Greek brandy. It is then served with crusty Greek sesame bread and a goblet of Rodytys rose wine...
As an appetizer, this one cannot be beat...!!!

HA yeah that's awesome. I always feel guilty about reaping the rewards of other's work. But when it comes to good food, I feel less guilty about it.

? See I don’t like that. The nachos dont come with refried beans. That’s like chili’s menu. I want beans on my nachos. My favorite app at chili’s are the Southwest egg rolls. For longhorn steakhouse, I get the firecracker chicken wraps or stuffed mushrooms or the onion thing.
