Does anybody remember during BVS when the RT score started about 45, and people thought it might go up. And then it was 41ish and people thought that was rock bottom. Then it went to 35 and people were stunned. Then it went to 31 and people were talking about how big of a disaster it was. Then it dropped into the 20's and it was just full on hysteria.

Then it dropped into the 20's and it was just full on hysteria, everybody was laughing and having a great time. There were less reviews out when that happened. I can see the RT score dropping more but it won't go below 30%. It probably won't go under 35%.

I agree, I wasn't making a prediction or anything, I just thought that was a really fun time when that was tanking.

Threads merged. We don't need three different (bait) threads with the score percentage.
We have this thread for that.

Yeah I didn't delete it, I just moved the posts to this other thread you made. We don't need separate threads for each different percentage figure it's at.

Does anyone else think RT may have to rewrite the first sentence of their "Critics Consensus" if the score drops any further? Critics Consensus: Justice League leaps over a number of DC movies, but its single bound isn't enough to shed the murky aesthetic, thin characters, and chaotic action that continue to dog the franchise.37% and dropping can hardly be described as a "leap."

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow
Is everybody's jaw on the floor yet?
I can't even imagine being a true DC fan and watching this happen again.

Some of my very very favorite CBMs have mediocre to poor RT scores so this could be good news to me. Watchmen 64% Kick Ass 75% Mystery Men 60% I've got my tickets already anyway so the score does't matter at this point. Going in with lowered expectations isn't the worst thing in the world. This is a 36, not a 60, or a 75. It's a 36. 60 is mediocre. 36 is embarrassing.

All that number means is that if three critics were in a movie theater, one would like it and two wouldn't. Personally, I find this number to be uninteresting.
Also note: the average rating is 5.2. I think this is more interesting, as it shows the reviews are more split than wholly negative when approximate ratings are averaged.
Of course, look at which ever system you find to be more interesting.
(And for Pete's sake, if any of you haven't read some of them, please read some of the actual reviews -- the "consensus" is a blurb, not an analytical work.)

I noticed the other day it was higher than Thor (8.2)-somewhere like 8.9.
It's 7.9 now. IMDB.
Good heaven.
Metacritic is 47. 12 positive. 9 negative. 26 mixed

My favorite critic loved the movie. I rarely trust the opinion of major critics, but I generally agree with Richard Roeper, and he loved it.
That makes an interesting point. Which critic is right, and who is wrong. The debate with movies is always the critics don't like it or they do. So which critic is right, and who is wrong? Who determines that?

IMDB is well known to be a complete joke. I went there looking for some reviews like 20 minutes after the embargo lifted and there was already 4,000 10/10s from people who hadn't seen the movie.
