Dirty Dancing The dance scene that happens after Johnny says nobody makes baby sit in the corner and he takes her hand and the dance is on. My favorite too! Swayze has the moves!

it´s not great dance, but I absolutely love it. Second place goes to Arnie and Tia Carrere´s tango scene in True Lies:

Jeff Daniels showing off his moves towards Melanie Griffith in Jonathan Demme's 80s classic romance/triller Something Wild (1986), with The Feelies doing a great cover of Bowie's Fame.
Bobby D dancing after making love to Uma Thurman in Mad Dog and Glory (1993) "I don't get laid, I make love."

Today I revisited Jean-Claude Van Damme’s ‘Kickboxer’ (1989), and I forgot all about the ultra smooth dance moves he manages to bust out.

For theatrics and emotion, which is what I prefer, you can't beat the ominous non commissioned officer dance before they're slaughtered in this classic.

Anything featuring the Nickolas Brothers. And of course any Eleanor Powell tap solo. Busby Berkeley deserves mention.
