You're right, there's no surprise. The movie is a horrible POS. What do you want me to do, put it first?

Wait, that's interesting. Did you actually lower yourself to see it? Did I ever say I wouldn't see it? I don't remember if yes or not, but from your opinions I assumed not.
So, did you, and if so what did you really think? And give me a little more than it was a POS. Temper it with at least one pro.

T here wasn't a "pro." Zero plot, poorly constructed narrative full of plot-holes, poor CGI. Batman was terrible and rendered a waste of space. Cavill's acting stank. Aquaman made me really worried about the James Wan movie (are the underwater scenes really going to be that bad??). The Flash was annoying. I guess Cyborg was better than I thought he was going to be (does that count as a "pro"?). Even Wonder Woman looked a pale imitation of herself when compared with the solo movie.

Logan Thor Ragnarok Spider-man Homecoming Wonder Woman Guardians of the Galaxy 2 Justice league
I'd give them all a 7 or above. It's pretty close to me. Logan and Thor are pretty close, one is just a better movie and the other more entertaining. Spider-man, Wonder Woman and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 are all pretty much on par.
Justice League comes up a bit short in comparison.

Great to see that someone else takes notice of the animated movies that are released as well, many of which are superb. I've heard a lot of people make that claim about animated movies. But then I watch one of them and they are better described as " fine for what they are". But if you tried to make a theatrical release from one of them shot for shot it would be an awful movie.

Batman Year One, Flashpoint and The Dark Knight Returns are three excellent animated films that are very close to the comics and would make excellent live action films. Animation is clearly not for you. The source material is comic art and often that is better reflected in animation.

Great to see that someone else takes notice of the animated movies that are released as well, many of which are superb. JLD I loved but then I love the Constantine Character. TT:TJC was darker than I thought it would be and was brilliant. Batman and Harley Quinn was good fun. Looking forward to Gotham By Gaslight and would love them to make Batman: Dark Knight Dynasty and Batman Holy Terror. Yeah. I prefer a lot of the animated movies over the live action movies and some people might disagree with me but I think the animated movies and 'Arkham' video games are the best on screen versions of Batman to date. I have heard they are not only going to have an animated movie of ‘Gotham By Gaslight’ but they are also working on movies of ‘The Long Halloween’, ‘Death of the Family’ and ‘Batman: Knightfall’ which I am looking forward to seeing. I think the three of those are going to have to be made into 2 part movies ‘cause of how long they are or they will be squashed but ‘Death of the Family’ is by far one of my favourite Batman comic book storylines of all time and I love the Batgirl part the most and if I am not mistaken it will be the first time we have seen Red Hood as a good guy in a movie. I would love to see 'Batman: Eternal' and 'Batman & Robin: Eternal' made into animated movies too.

Death of the Family is epic and I think you are correct about Red Hood. They did The Dark Knight Returns in two parts and that worked very well.

Phew, for a sec I thought you said "Death in the Family"...people seem to forget about the really STUPID stuff in that story like the "Iran Ambassador" stuff.

But try to make those shot for shot on the big screen and critics would laugh at it. Kinda like how they tried to put dumb scenes like this onscreen in BvS and it just didn't work: The whole logic of it doesn't work. Why would Superman forget he has super speed over and over? How does Batman dodge any blow and lift all those heavy objects? Superman and Batman fighting at all is pretty silly....much less Batman winning. But at least in animation it's easier to suspend disbelief a little. All those little speeches they give in that scene would look hilariously cheesy on the big screen.

Ok....now what do you do about all the other dumb stuff that happens? You really want that dialog in a big screen movie? I would say it would be ridiculous to make Superman that dumb....but they actually did that in BvS so I guess that makes my point.
