HI, so you exercise/workout everyday, maintain a good weight range, live good, and eat right (most times, anyway). But you're human and you have a right to have a food weakness now and then. Double cheese pizza and extra sauce - I'm in heaven Can't buy it or it will be all eaten in one sitting. So I go to Baskin Robins, have a scoop maybe once a week and let it go at that. Mine is potato chips, Mexican food, and pizza. So what is your food weakness?? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. There's a lot of foods I love, but I am for the most part able to control myself and not overdo it. But whenever I go to a sushi place, I end up overeating and walking out of the place practically seeing double. I just go overboard with that stuff. I don't go that often though

I'll take a bit of a different tack and just say that my food weakness is late-night snacking. I *really* have to control that. It's not easy, believe me, but I manage.

About a month ago, I set a no-food-after 7:30 pm rule for myself. Been largely successful, and my teeth are easier to clean at bedtime.

Roasted almonds - can't stop eating more and more. Kind of on the same boat but my weakness is these: Cashews It is almost impossible for me to eat just a couple. Once I start eating them it is hard to stop.

Yeah, I'm with you guys on the almonds and cashews. I'm forced to buy them only rarely now, and in limited quantities, because I have a tendency to overindulge..

Same here and I munch on them on my back porch, getting dirty looks from the squirrels and the Blue Jays.
