1.Happy Gilmore (1996) - 7.5-8/10 (definitely THE movie ill remember Sandler for)
2.Men, Women & Children (2014)
after that, while there is some more i like, those are the only two that stand out from the pack. but i see 'Men, Women & Children' more of the directors (Jason Reitman) movie than Sandler as Sandler typically does comedy types of movies best.
