I am bored with superhero comic book movies. I havent bothered to see any since Avengers 2.
Too repetitive. Dull villains. No suspense. Weak writing. Formula action.
Something like Blade I dont consider a superhero movie since it is about vampires. Even the X-men forgo the costumes so I wouldnt consider them traditional.
A little goes a long way. Better to have them along with lots of other films instead of everything being a super hero movie tie in. Not to mention the tv shows. Only so many hours in a day.

While they get the most exposure and marketing, super-hero movies aren't even close to being the most produced genre. There haven't been more than 5 per year and I don't see that changing since only a few studios make them on a yearly basis.
There aren't good or bad genres; only good or bad movies. As long as good super-hero movies keep being made, fine by me. Except for JUSTICE LEAGUE, every movie from this year made it to Rotten Tomatoes' all-time Top 10 of the genre.

Some of my favorite actors are in a lot of the superhero movies, and I like superhero stuff in general (I blame my mum, she bought me WW comic books and Catwoman PJs when I was little), so I doubt I'll ever tire of them.

No, but I've long been tired of the geeky fanboy behavior in conjunction with them. There's a lot of narrow-mindedness, purism, partisanship, etc. from those folks. It's not that dissimilar to how people act about politics or religion. This. My exact feelings.

No but I want to see more female lead comic book movies and am looking forward to seeing Batgirl, the Razor franchise, Red Sonja, Fathom, Painkiller Jane, Captain Marvel, Avegeleyne, Sheena: Queen of the Jungle, Danger Girl, Strike, Strangers in Paradise, Nonplayer, Gotham City Sirens, Princeless, Wonder Woman 2 etc more than any of the other comic book movies and with new series of 'Fathom', 'Hack/Slash', 'The Magdalena', 'The Ravening' and 'Witchblade', 'The Darkness', 'Cyberforce' and 'Aphrodite V' on the way comic books are HEAPS better than the movies at the moment.

No as i still watch some of them here and there.
but i will say they are consistently rated way too high on IMDb for the average scores. 6.x/10 average range is where the vast majority should be for the average and not that high 7's/8.0-ish scores that many seem to be.

Why should it be that way?
