I'll have a beer or two on occasion, but that's about it. I've never been much of a drinker.

Back in my early 20s, I used to go on weekend benders. I could handle alcohol a lot better than I can nowadays. My buddies and I would have a hair of the dog for our hangovers (bad idea).
When my uncle was diagnosed with cirrhosis in 2015, it kinda scared the daylights out of me. I started counting how much alcohol I consume.
I still drink, but in moderation. A few beers over the weekend is about it for me. The fiber helps give me a little push when I need to go.

For someone who does have some alcohol it's pretty safe to say i drink less than most people.
basically... in an average week, ill have a couple of 12oz beers (or equivalent) or so and sometime less. in the long term i am sure it's less than that as i never started drinking alcohol til basically my mid-20's (i am 38 years old now).
just in very recent memory... i got a 15pack of 12oz beers over a month ago and i still have 8 of them left. still, i have had a bit on the side outside of that 15 pack but not much.
also, i drink for taste, not to get drunk as i never understood the point of getting drunk. i don't care for the feeling as after a certain point ill simply back off even on the days i drink more than usual. i don't mind a mild buzz but after a certain point i simply don't like the feeling and will stop.
about the most i have had in my entire life in one sitting... about the equivalent to six 12oz beers, maybe a bit more. this happened only twice.
side note: i am not sure exactly where one would draw the line to say someone has a drinking problem, but i imagine someone who drinks everyday probably has at least a mild problem especially if it's more than a 12oz beer or two. or those who might not drink til say the weekends but when they do drink they always have to get completely wasted as if you can't even remember what you did, that's clearly drinking too much and a problem on some level.
p.s. going without alcohol is much easier for me vs going without Mountain Dew or Coca-Cola as those two i drink, on average, between 16-32oz per day and have for many years. basically when i am eating food chances are ill have Mtn Dew or Coke with those meals a large portion of the time.

Not much at all. I might have one fruity drink about 2 or 3 times a year.

If I'm out at an occasion/party, which is maybe once every few weeks maybe 2-4 drinks. Otherwise very rarely, maybe a wine with dinner occasionally. I generally don't drink beer, usually wine or cider, occasionally a mixer or a shot.

This. I like the taste of beer, and I like trying different beers to discover new tastes, but I don't like the feeling of getting very drunk. A mild buzz is nice, but I usually stop once I reach that point.

HirundoRusticaYeah. basically a mild buzz, while i don't mind it i don't actually like it all that much either. basically it's to a point it does not bother me either way, positive or negative. but after a certain point it starts to become more negative and ill simply back off and either stop then until the next time or back off long enough (say a hour or two) til things get back to a decent level and resume on those occasions where i drink a bit more than is typical as i would say i generally don't exceed 2-3 12oz beers (give or take a little) but maybe a few times a year or so as it mostly boils down to those occasional family gatherings is when i drink a bit more than the 2-3 beer thing. NOTE: when i initially started drinking in my mid-20's (technically i had very little before that but it's so little i don't even count it) it was basically wine and i never cared for the taste of beer at that time as i actually remember the exact day i started drinking beer and liking it... Sep 11th 2012 (had a pretty rough day to say the least). technically i had very little beer once in a great while in the years before that but it's so little i don't even count it(like maybe a few swallows but the taste just never stuck with me) but once i had a full beer or two the taste started to grow on me to where i liked it. at that time it was Bud Light but i can't even drink that stuff anymore and i mainly stick to Miller Lite now as it just tastes better to me as Bud Light is pretty bland to the point if that's all someone has i tend to avoid it (i am pretty sure Bud Light is popular here in the USA though when it comes to light beer). basically to keep it short... i mainly drink beer with some occasional mixed drink and rarely wine and it's been that way for years now. hell, i still have some '1800 tequila' (only a small 375ml bottle) from Christmas 2015 as while i like it mixed with Simply Lemonade i guess i sorta save it for semi-special occasions etc. i got about half of it left, maybe a bit more. but i guess the best thing about beer is it taste decent enough and is cheap which i think that's where wine loses it's appeal as it tends to be pricier than the beer/mixed drink stuff (especially since i don't make my mixed drinks all that strong(like strong enough to where i can taste the alcohol for sure but not where i am going to get wasted either from a drink or two)) and does not really taste noticeably better than the other two for me overall which is why i think i mainly avoid it. still, wine can be decent here and there. another little note... i had one of those 1.75L 1800 Tequila bottles (the biggest one they have to my knowledge) a while ago and that lasted from July/Aug 2011 til March 16th 2014 which is quite a while for a $40-ish bottle. in fact, these are the only two hard liquor bottles i ever had a bottle of myself as while this stuff is cheap enough, the up front costs tend to be higher than beer which is quite cheap so i think that's partially why i mainly stick to beer in general. but if i do by some more 1800 tequila i am definitely going with the 1.75L bottle as it's much cheaper that way vs the usual 750ml (and the like) as it's basically $26 (maybe a bit more) for the 750ml and about $38-40 (the last i checked) for a 1.75L which is more than double the amount for only $10-15 more. so it's clearly a much better deal buying the big bottle of the more typical sizes.

Usually two or three bottles of Stella Artois every night, sometimes as many as five or six. A few more on the weekends. Sometimes I'll go for days without drinking at all. Occasionally I still overdrink but my urge to stay drunk as much as possible went away a couple of years ago. I'm having trouble seeing how these two statements can coexist.

I can drink six of them and still walk a straight line.

A metric shit-ton. Easily 70+ drinks a week. I come from a family that are almost all functional alcoholics so booze has always been a part of my life and you just get used to it.
Oddly enough, most of us don't die or suffer serious illness from it and live a lot longer than we'd like. I obviously wouldn't recommend that level of consumption, though.

Most nights I have one can of cider (2.1 units of alcohol). If I'm out I might go crazy and have twice as much.

Only when I'm dining out at restaurants, I would drink one alcoholic fruity cocktail, and on special occasions like Christmas, I would drink Jamaican sorrel with rum in it.
