I prefer Pho. Ramen is too salty.

Hmmm. This type of food probably isn't as common in other places as is it is where I live. Lots of Asian cuisine in Seattle.

I think there's too much Pho and not enough Ramen places in Seattle. Best place for me is Saimin Says in Kent, WA.
But I'd rather have Bento. I can't find any Bento in Seattle other than the very very limited selection at Uwajimaya.

I think there's too much Pho and not enough Ramen places in Seattle. This is true. Ramen doesn't seem to be as popular here.

I think there's too much Pho and not enough Ramen places in Seattle. This is true. Ramen doesn't seem to be as popular here. Blame the hipsters and their damn siracha sauce. But it seems to be changing with more newer noodle shops opening up.

What the hell is pho?
Ramen.
And you CAN doctor the spice packet... Use less.

What the hell is pho? Ramen. And you CAN doctor the spice packet... Use less. Vietnamese version of Ramen. Can be more spicey and with fresh vegetables. Btw, the real pronunciation of pho is fah, not foh.

Fun fact: there's a chain of pho restaurants on the west coast called "Pho King". (Sound it out)
The signs always crack me up.
Where's my Pho King soup, you Pho King bastards?!
