Excellent choice. How could I forget that one? Thanks! Don't feel alone. I forgot about the Goodfellas prison dinner scene with Paulie's special way of preparing the garlic.

THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW springs immediately to mind. I also like the last supper bit in HISTORY OF THE WORLD PART 1, one of the better skits in the film.

When I saw this thread, the first one I thought of was the dinner table scene from Mr. & Mrs. Smith, after Brad Pitt’s character discovered that his wife, Angelina Jolie’s character, was a fellow assassin.
True Lies had a good dinner table scene, which took place after Arnie’s character found out what his wife had been up to behind his back. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find the whole scene, just the end of it (though Arnie’s glaring is pretty epic – it’s Superman-level glaring).

The only one that comes to mind right now is GoodFellas: the one with Tommy's mother

Another memorable dinner table scene, which involves some epic glaring (this time coming from Joan Allen), is from The Upside of Anger.
**warning, the scene is somewhat gruesome (though it's played for laughs)**

All of my picks have been said, so I'll throw a mention to Meet the Parents. Say what you want about those movies, but that scene in the original is hilarious.

The dinner table scene in The Nutty Professor(1996) is hysterical. I actually had to pause the VHS of it to get myself under control I was laughing so hard.

...in Bonnie & Clyde, there is a scene where CW Moss (Michael J Pollard) shows off his tattoos to his father at the dinner table who proceeds to throw a ladle filled with mashed potatoes in anger at him...
At the start of The Good, Bad & Ugly, Lee Van Cleef (Angel eyes) slurps down stew before shooting his frightened host...
