Yeah, but Kryptonians aren't like Wolverine. They can heal and regenerate, but only to an extent with superficial wounds. And considering WW sword was able to cut off Doomsday hand, it probably could have pierced his body and it's heart or cut off his head and severe the brain function and shut down the body before it could really regenerate or counter it. It's my understanding from the Zod fight in Man of Steel, being on Earth, Kryptonian insides, bones and organs aren't really enhanced or harden like their skin cells considering Superman could snap Zod's neck. Doomsday isn't like any ordinary Kryptonian though. It's also not like he was standing still, so Wonder Woman managing to cut off Doomsday's head, a monster much taller and stronger than her wouldn't be an easy thing to do. He was constantly getting stronger during that battle too and in the comic he adapts to things so who knows if that sword would have even worked the second time. Wasn't how they did Doomsday in the movie just a shortcut for how he is in the comics? He doesn't truly adapt right away to injuries. He was cloned over and over again; making him stronger each time to how he died before.

That depends, is her name Martha? Just realized how lazy they were in naming their mothers Martha. I bet they were sitting around like "What should we name his mother... Mother... Mother... Martha." It's like naming his sister Cicely. Well, to be fair Spidey's mom is also named Martha. And Aquaman's dad has the same name as Bruces', Thomas.

BUt I was commenting on how close Martha is to mother. They might as well called them Martha Boxes.
