I like the idea of mustard that has a real kick to it. That's why I am very impressed at the idea of jalapeño mustard. I would like to keep a jar in the house if I can find it. On a big hero with mixed cold cuts I like it. And as I said in another post, it's great with bologna. Hot dogs with a mix of ketchup and mustard is good too.

What about on bologna? That goes great on that Mayo for that. I will on occasion have a very thin line of mustard with sausage in a bun.

finally found woeber's jalapeno mustard around here. delish! Glad you got a bottle! It's easy to find around here. Their Horseradish Mustard is every bit as tasty as that Jalapeno. Have you had Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Pepper Mustard? Most delucious on brats. I like Inglehoffer Stone Ground too. For classic yellow mustard I like Plochman's.

Stonewall kitchen Maine Maple Champagne mustard.
A little bit of sweetness, a little tang.
I used to love French's yellow mustard, especially on hot dogs, but lately their vinegar is overpowering.
