Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla (Gojira X Mekagojira)

The Japanese government builds a Mechagodzilla using the bones of the original Godzilla to combat a new Godzilla who has been terrorizing the countryside. Mechagodzilla features a weapon which fires a beam that creates a field of absolute zero, intending to freeze Godzilla (much like burying Godzilla in the ice in Godzilla Raids Again). Throw in a guilt-laden pilot, another pilot who blames her for the death of his brother, a love-struck scientist, and his daughter who talks to a plant, and you have a plot.
Oh, and Mechagodzilla runs on batteries which have at most two hours before they need recharging.
Sadly, this appears to the be final Kaijū film they'll show on Starz for a while.
