Great news for Goldberg fans. It has been announced Goldberg is not only going to appear in one but two upcoming episodes of 'The Flash' and it is unknown what character he is going to play yet or if he will be playing a superhero or a villain but as a wrestling fan I am looking forward to seeing what they do with him and have always said they should get more wrestlers to appear in these shows and movies.

Previous wrestlers to make an appearance in what is known as the Arrowverse (The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow) are the “Rated R Superstar” Edge (Adam Copeland) and Cody Rhodes.
It is not yet known what two episodes of The Flash Goldberg will appear on, or what character he will portray. One would think with his imposing physical demeanor, Goldberg would be positioned to bring any number of DC characters to life. If he follows in Edge and Rhodes’ footsteps of playing a DC villain, then we’ll likely see Goldberg square off against the Scarlet Speedster in a test of strength versus speed.

Goldberg’s Flash role won’t be his first foray into the world of acting. He starred alongside Adam Sandler in the 2005 remake of The Longest Yard, co-starred in Universal Soldier: The Return and and was a contestant on President Donald Trump’s reality series The Celebrity Apprentice along with a number of other lower-profile roles.
Starring Grant Gustin as the Scarlet Speedster, The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. The series also stars Jesse L. Martin, Tom Cavanagh, Carlos Valdes, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Keiynan Lonsdale and more.
