Since it's one is from the 1960's and one from the 1970s, I've put them here... " Hříšní lidé města pražského" 13 parts, 1968, what is missing here is a pistol coming from one side and aiming at the viewer in total silence and putted the trigger back shot and this music begun. I don't remember much about the stories, only how it begun. It had to do with criminal activities in Prague in the 1920s and 1930s. The composer might have been Zdenek Liska (1922-1983) composer of over 190 movie and television scores. Pan Tau, a man who with a whisk on his hat that could get big or small. Pan Tau was played by Otto Simánek 1925-1992. Childhood memories...of the 1970s. A little Pan Tau bonus:

It's very possible some TV series from former Czechoslovakia were shown in the 1980s on Australian TV network SBS. SBS was launched in 1980 and often showed international TV series and international films. Amazingly, it is an over-the-air network, not a cable channel.
