The Inn of the Sixth Happiness (1958) with The Keys of the Kingdom (1944) They are both about missionaries who go to China......but which is which?
Dead Ringer (1964) with A Stolen Life (1946) Two Bette Davis movies in which she plays (steals) her sister's identity
Death on the Nile (1978) with Murder on the Orient Express (1974) Two different Hercule Poirot movies on which a large number of people are on one transportation vehicle and ANYONE in the room may be the murderer--but which movie has which stars in it?
What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) with Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte (1964) Bette is crazy or weird and both were directed by Robert Aldrich, but what was the basic story line in which and who were the other cast members in each?
OK. There are many more mind mix-ups for me (where I have to think twice). What are some of yours?

Huston's The Asphalt Jungle (1950) vs. Kubrick's The Killing (1956)
Both starring Sterling Hayden Both a putting-together-a-team crime caper Both excellent motion pictures
I always try to stop and think which movie is which before I talk or write about them.
I once embarrassed myself by writing (on this board or the former Classic board) that The Asphalt Jungle was the race track robbery film. It wasn't. That would be the Kubrick opus. Or did I get them mixed-up again?

Two films that I saw on the same doubles bill were "Charade" and "Mirage." Got them confused for a while. "The Gay Divorcee" and "Top Hat" still cause me so,e problems, as well as other Astaire-Rogers films.
