It is surprising such a collection does not have A Room With A View (1985) having seen 6 of their films it shines out for me the most , Some listings of this same collection say all region some say region 2 ? , an essential piece of equipment at our home, a multi region player... Sure to be some wonderful discoveries and much enjoyment among those 23 films . Undeniably high quality cinematic art, but I find some of their lavish film productions a bit cold eg Howards End, The Bostonians...

A Room with a View is with Criterion. Howard's End was with Criterion but they lost the rights to it.
I'd be interested in this collection, Heat and Dust was an interesting film. Well done.

Here are some other omissions that should have been there--although they may not be on Criterion: The White Countess (2005) ---I've seen The Divorce (2003) ---I've seen The Golden Bowl (2000) ---I've seen A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries (1998) Surviving Picasso (1996) ---I've JUST seen Jefferson in Paris (1995) ---I've seen The Remains of the Day (1993) ---I've seen Mr. & Mrs. Bridge (1990) ---I've seen Slaves of New York (1989) The Wild Party (1975) The Guru (1969)
Ruth Prawer Jhabvala is no longer alive. The set could have made the set much better.
