This is a bit hyperbole. As if all life supporting planets would have life on them this very instance or era or whatever.
Earth is still a dinosaur planet which happens to be infested with humans destroying it. Dinos were here billions of years... not sure we've been that long lols.
I guarantee there is, was, & always will be life in the universe - we're proof - it's just that time is so minute in the present to accept that it's all teeming at once in the now.
