Just off the top of my head: "Bewitched" (1964-1972) "The Nanny" (1993–1999) "I Dream of Jeannie" (1965–1970) "Super Gran" (1985-1987) (yet to see this, but it's on my "to watch" list)
I guess "The Partridge Family" (1970-1974) and "Dennis the Menace" (1959-1963) also count, though the animation in the opening titles is extremely basic.
Can you fine people name some other examples of live-action shows with animated opening titles?

This might not count, as I think it's technically animation/drawings over the top of live action footage...but I just love the opening credits for the TV series Da Vinci's Demons (and the theme music) so much. Apologies if those^ weren't really the sort of thing you were after. I think the opening credits for The Strain might be more what you meant...maybe? And then there's the opening credits for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, where everything/everyone (except Rachel Bloom) is animated.
