Wonder Woman - Make her the leader of the Justice League.
Power Woman/Supergirl - takes Superman place.
Batwoman/Batgirl - takes Batman place.
Vixen
Mera - takes Aquaman place.
Zatanna
Black Canary
Jesse Quick - Takes Barry Allen place.
Hawkgirl
Raven
Starfire
Jessica Cruz - make her the Green Lantern!
This would change things up some!

I'm not sure the DCU can be saved. I was thinking earlier - Nolan could have a new Batman movie coming out next week and I wouldn't feel much like watching it. That's how badly WB have crapped all over the characters. So if I'm feeling like that, who knows what general audiences are thinking.  |

IMO the only real option is the say they're starting fresh, take the loss, and come back with a new commitment that will allow the maximum number of people to give them a chance at doing it right. If they just keep going, they've already lost millions of people who will not come back right away no matter how good their films are, but who might come back right away if a new film with a new direction is good. |

I don't think they need to completely reboot the DCEU with female superheroes but after 'Wonder Woman' Warner Bros should definitely be going forward with Geoff Johns plans to have more female superhero movies and in terms of female lead DC movies or movies with female superheroes in prominent roles I would hold back 'Harley Quinn' and 'Gotham City Sirens' and go with 
The Batman (with the Spoiler, Orphan, Red Robin, Clayface, Batwoman and Bluebird joining throughout the movies as the new team)
Batgirl
Supergirl/ Linda Danvers
Zatanna
The Black Canary (Based on the New 52 Series With Dinah as the lead singer of the Black Canary band. The first ever superhero musical movie)
Birds of Prey (With Batgirl, Black Canary, the Huntress, Strix, Katana and Starling)
Titans (with Nightwing, Raven, Starfire, Beast Boy, Hawk, Dove, Wonder Girl and Cyborg)

Marvel in the comics has always been realistic and gritty, DC has always been a fantasy world. Don’t stray from what you are. Taking fantasy elements and putting them in dark and gritty doesn’t work all that well. Keep it mythical, like JLU was or pre-nu52
