For those who haven't already heard it looks like the rumours about Wonder Girl being on 'Titans' could be true and it was rumoured earlier this year Wonder Girl would be one of the members and there was another actress that was cast but didn't have a role and a lot of signs are pointing at it being Donna Troy. What are your thoughts and what other Teen Titans members that haven't been announced yet would you like to see in the show?

Titans TV Show Casting Call Hints at Wonder Girl
The latest Titans TV show casting call hints at Donna Troy, aka. Wonder Girl, appearing in the DC Comics adaptation. Originally introduced as a younger version of Diana Prince aka. Wonder Woman, Donna Troy quickly evolved into a separate character altogether. Donna joined the Teen Titans in 1965’s The Brave and the Bold #60 and has frequently served as a member of the team since then. She has already joined the Titans outside of their comic book adventures, having appeared in the 2000’s Teen Titans cartoon series. Most recently, Donna made a brief appearance in this year’s animated DC film Teen Titans: The Judas Contract.
So far, the Titans TV series is confirmed to include Robin (Brenton Thwaites), Raven (Teagan Croft), Starfire (Anna Diop), and Beast Boy (Ryan Potter) as members of the core cast. The teenaged superheroes will be joined by fellow costumed crime-fighters Dove (Minka Kelly) and Hawk (Alan Ritchson) in their ongoing fight against evil. The show isn’t done filling out its principal cast yet either, with casting now underway for a guest star that could become a series regular in Titans season 2.
THS has proven to be a reliable source of information about Titans and has provided another update on the show’s casting search. The series is currently casting a role that, based on the description, appears to be that of Donna Troy aka. Wonder Girl. Read the official character breakdown below (for one “Ruth Gibbs”) and see if you agree:
Donna Troy Wonder Girl Prime Earth Titans TV Show Casting Call Hints at Wonder Girl
[RUTH GIBBS] Female, 20s, Caucasian or Latina or Middle Eastern, or ethnically ambiguous. Confident and kick ass. Educated. RECURRING GUEST STAR THIS SEASON WITH AN OPTION FOR SERIES REGULAR NEXT SEASON.
With Wonder Woman being more popular than ever, it only makes sense for Titans to tap into that demand by including a “Wonder” hero of its own. As THS notes, it’s possible that a Middle Eastern actress will be cast to bring the show’s version of Wonder Girl more in line with the big screen Diana Prince portrayed by Gal Gadot (who is Israeli). Casting a non-white star as Donna Troy would also further ensure that Titans features a diverse crew of superheroes, both male and female.
The more that is revealed about Titans, the more the show looks and sounds in line with the Arrowverse on The CW. That shared DC TV universe have grown increasingly inclusive of late, with respect to both its onscreen and behind the scene talent. Save for Arrow, the Arrowverse TV series tend to embrace a more playful tone and colorful aesthetic as well. Titans is expected to have a similar sensibility, which only makes sense given the involvement of the Arrowverse architects Greg Berlanti and Geoff Johns as producers.
With the primary cast of Titans already in place, it shouldn’t be too long before additional casting announcements are made. As such, fans won’t have to wait too long to find out who “Ruth Gibbs” really is and who is playing her on the series.
