Dawg Brown in Cutthroat Island. He'd cannibalize Jack Sparrow for lunch and Barbossa for dinner.

I'm with politicidal on his wacky performance in Cutthroat Island; let me also add his Dracula, his Hitchcockian villain in Unknown (2011), and his evil mystery-man in The Box (2009).

He was on his usual good form in "Unknown 2011". Not on the list.
My favorites are "Doomsday Gun"(TVM) and "Dave". Neither of them are on the list.

I haven't seen Frost/Nixon yet, sounds like it's worth checking out.
I haven't seen enough of his films to really give a good list, but I did enjoy Ninth Gate immensely, and his pirate role in Cutthroat Island was hilarious/menacing at the same time.
