Hartford-New Haven tv market at #30? What about Greenville at #36-- is it's population enough to support a franchise? Hartford had the Whalers (and almost got the Patriots about 20 years ago). It's tricky because Hartford is so close to Boston and New York City, it's hard to carve out a market there. I suspect the same logic applies to some of the other cities listed in this thread. No league needs another California pro team, do they?
