I don`t think you people understood the question
I don`t mean which actress has the best voice. I mean who is the best voice actress such as Tara Strong or Nancy Cartwright or Grey DeLisle or another one.
unless those have done voice work.

June Foray, who we just lost this year at the age of 99. Rocky the Squirrel was just one of her hundreds of voices.

I'd go Tress MacNeille with Nancy Cartwright (she's been playing a teenage boy...Bart Simpson for ages) as a close second.
Katey Sagal (who I fell in love with as Peg Bundy) is delightful as well.
