Well, I finally had to upgrade with a new PC in November & the latest Win10 updates have made my EA sports (2008) titles obsolete, so it can go fcuk itself that way.
Then again, I suppose it was as good time as any to move on - I'd been playing owner/dynasty modes for nearly 10yrs on those titles now... they don't owe me anything.

Now that Catman figured out how to get Anachronox to work on Windows 10, he's okay.
Oh, and turning off all those damn notifications from Cortana really helps.

Awful. I tried it for about a year. More trouble than it was worth. I've reverted back to Windows 7...and sanity!

Outside of the junk they bundle with it (i.e. Microsoft Store and the like) it's better than many give it credit for.
but those who hate Windows 10 and stick to Windows 7, you got two choices in about 1 year tops from now (i.e. Jan 2020)... either switch to Linux or you will be forced to upgrade to Windows 10 as Windows 7 will no longer receive security updates past Jan 2020.
but this month I mostly switched to Linux Mint v19.1 Xfce 64bit as my primary OS as it's nice seeing a simple OS without junk in it etc. but I am forced to keep Windows 10 around due to my occasional replay of some older games I play here and there etc.

6 or 7/10. Would be like a 8 or 9/10 if it weren't for that stupid BS auto updating and restarting. Seriously, what kind of morons do they have working at Microsoft that they would have greenlit such a stupid ass idea?
