Hopefully it lives up to this crazy hype.

Eh. It depends on what you mean exactly. Will TLJ make a ton of money? Of course. Will general audiences like or even love it? Probably. After all, they did for TFA and Rogue One. But will I like it? I dunno... While I enjoyed TFA at first, my opinion of it has lessened considerably after kicking the tires a bit. I also thought Rogue One was boring from the jump. So, I don't care much for the hype and high praise prior to seeing the film for myself.

I actually wasn't overly fond of Rogue One either. It did have lesser reviews though in comparison, still high though.

I did really like Rogue One, but hated TFA. TFA has the same kind of reviews, so i wouldn't get my hopes up. And won't bother seeing it opening weekend

don't think so--Reddit say its good but lotsa criticism about the Finn/Rose subplot and casino planet, and many other complaints about Snoke, Leia etc

I hope it's good but I heard it still takes many elements from Empire but already not a carbon copy like TFA.
