TCM show replay that interview the Alec Baldwin did with him.
It was a great interview in which Robert Osborne tells us about his life and background from the state of Washington to the Hollywood Reporter, to working for Lucy, to moving to NYC to his years with TCM.
Does anyone remember his scrape book that he called "blackie"?

I really miss him. Something about his voice was oddly comforting to me, a connection I haven't made yet with his successor. RIP Robert and say hello to Paul Newman for me. I do too. R.I.P Robert and say hello to Vincent Price, Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee for me.

Such a sad passing. He was a TV legend.

Does anyone remember his scrape book that he called "blackie"? "Blackie" wasn't really a scrapbook. It was a notebook he started in college to keep information about the films he'd seen and details about the cast etc.
