I personally loved it, and I'm giving it an 8. Yes, the humour is great, but it did dampen the seriousness of the story and what happened to several characters of the MCU.
Still, several scenes of the movie made me laught out loud in the theater, even Guardians of the Galaxy did not make me laugh like that. Ultimately, though, the story isn't all that interesting. Or, it could have been, but the whole was so cut up and seemingly disorganised, it never really seemed to matter.
(I searched this board, did not find a previous entry for the movie, if I'm mistaken, I'll remove this thread)

I loved it as well. Probably on my top 5 MCU films. 8/10 for me.

8/10. The most entertaining MCU movie since the first GOTG.

It is indeed that kind of movie. I thoroughly enjoyed the humor, but I can easily see this movie being very boring for people who do not enjoy it. There's very little else in it.

Very good, though for me lacks the gravitas of Age of Ultron, The Avengers, & Civil War.
I will say it's my fav of the lighter flicks - GoG, SMHC, & Ant-Man.

9/10 One of the very best Marvel films, right up there with Winter Soldier and Spider-Man. This might not only be the most striking Marvel film visually but also the funniest, which was totally unexpected. A great cast all around. Cate Blanchett is a superb villain here, one of the very best. Hemsworth has never been better. Yes, it's a CGI lovefest but it's done beautifully. And Karl Urban and Jeff Goldblum show up, too? Hard to find anything to dislike in this film.

I just watched it for the first time (it was the final MCU movie I still had to watch) and I loved it. It mixes comedy perfectly into the story, perhaps even better than in GOTG. With many MCU movies the comedy feels out of place, but it feels so organic and natural in this movie. I guess that's due to the script & Taika Waititi's directing. It's also the funniest MCU movie imo. It also never felt boring to me and is one of the most entertaining movies in the MCU. I still have a few problems with it, but it's definitely deserving of an 8/10. In my top 5 MCU movies, maybe even higher depending on how my opinion changes over time.

7/10. It was a very fun movie, but I was disappointed with the way they handled the plot points from the previous Thor movie and I thought they over did it with the comedy.
