It's at $1.256 billion. That includes the overseas gross as of the 14th but the domestic gross just as of the 12th.
It will be updated in a couple hours or so. By Monday it'll definitely be the highest grossing movie of 2017.
It'll definitely pass Frozen...will it get to $1.3 billion? We'll see.

Lol, of course it's going to make it. You don't know how box office works do you? Unless it's sarcasm, in that case I'm sorry, didn't catch that. I agree with you now that it will make it. Overnight, it went from needing $26 million to needing only $8 million, according to Box Office Mojo's latest figures.

Monday not accounted yet. From now on I think it will act like a normal movie fluctuating between the top ten, but still banking some money. Does it have the 50 million projected? I don't think so. The hissy fit the "fans" are having is hurting it. Empire had the same problem and aotc a huuuuge problem with hissy fits. SW "fans" are too divisive. Pizza and SW. A bad Pizza is still great, and I'm having another slice please.

It's now at $1.296 billion so it's effortlessly going to pass $1.3 billion.
Also passed $600 million domestically which only 6 other movies have done.

Latest estimates are 1.31 to 1.32. 20 million to harrry potter, the question is will it beat Avengers domestically? I think it has a shot. Jurassic World no way. Unless there's an expansion by Disney.

Unless there's an expansion by Disney. Are those estimates for now or when it finishes? It should definitely make more than $1.31 billion. I'm not sure if it can reach Deathly Hallows 2 numbers....might pass Avengers, maybe.

So they seem to think it will make another $30 million then.
Though that was said prior to the weekend so who knows if it did a bit better than what it was expected to be at by now.

It's at $1.311 billion, needs another $30 million to pass Harry Potter DH2. It made $15 million in the past week so I don't think it'll do it.

Domestically it needs 13 and change to pass Avengers, what do you thihk? It will trickle there? (avengers was at 586 at the same time of release but it seem TLJ has a steeper curve)

The Last Jedi needs to make a third of then then to pass The Avengers.

With international staying ahead a litle of domestic, lets say another 15, the final tally would be 1.339, just at the doorstep of HP... Does this compute or am I being optimistic?

That should be right, if it can avoid falling too far off in comparison to TFA and it can stay ahead overseas then it could just about do it.

Avengers final day was 124 or something, we are on day 45 or 46 still... heck Thor Ragnarok is still playing...
