Re-watched 1, and watched 2 & 3 last couple of evenings.
Like 1, and 2 was pretty good.
But boy did 3 stink the house out something rotten.
Is it worth delving any further in to the series? Or was it downhill from 3 onwards?

It goes downhill after 3. I'd also avoid the Children of the Corn remake.

It goes downhill after 3. I'd also avoid the Children of the Corn remake. Cheers👍 It always seems the same with horror film series' for me... Like 1, 2 is good enough, then 3 onwards goes off the rails and right downhill. EG. Children of The Corn, Final Destination, Halloween, Poltergeist, etc. |

doesn't Isaac make a return in '6'?
i would have thought that alone would make it worth a watch.....
love the original and the King short story - can't remember much about the other sequels....

The TV movie remake was such a downer, but it did stick to the story King wrote. I think I like the 1984 version better, if only they could swap the endings.
