I enjoyed it. The characterisation here is better than it was in The Force Awakens and Rogue One, because we really get to see characters' inner conflicts and have them developed across the film. It also doesn't skimp on big action set-pieces (like the opening battle, Rey and Kylo vs Snoke's guards, and the battle of Crait). Anyone expecting answers to Snoke's identity will be disappointed, because this film doesn't provide any answers, so, theorists, keep sharing your theories with the internet, also, anyone expecting answers to who Rey's parents are will be disappointed, so keep at sharing those theories to us. Anyone worried about the Porgs being annoying, you will be pleasantly surprised, because they aren't in the film that much, but do still have their funny moments. And, Rian Johnson takes the franchise in a new direction with this film, which not everyone will like, but, I thought it made for the film being more interesting.
Overall, this won't be everyone's cup of tea, but, The Last Jedi provides an enjoyable, interesting new addition to the saga. Arguably the best in the saga yet, topping Empire Strikes Back (after holding that title for 37 years. Damn, its been that long?). Worth the watch.
