The one that always annoys me is what CinemaSins calls the baseball card stats. Character picks up some kind of report on the hero and reads off a list of their accomplishments and life events.
Another annoying one is where character A tells character B something that character B is already aware of, so that it can be explained to the audience.

The laziest has got to be the printing on the screen explaining the fictional history of what you are about to see. This always occurs in post-apocalyptic stories:
Star Wars are excepted because the opening scroll uses a device of the old cliffhanger serials (sound era from 1929-1956) where you were supposed to come back to the theater every week to see a new chapter. The scroll or some other device would catch you up on the plot.

Haven't considered it before, I guess recorded messages when it seems superfluous.

Flashbacks.
The baseball card one can be good if interesting and read by good actors. It’s done often in life, eg in policing so it’s not always contrived.

I don't really have problems with exposition unless it needs repeating.
I guess one that annoys me is exposition that re-explains the plot of the movie.
It usually starts out with "Let me get this straight...We did this in order to do this in order to avoid this...blah, blah, blah...)"
MIB II did this hen they were going to K's place for weapons.

Police rap sheets. Building up villains via lazy police reporting.
'Here you have a guy who's done X because of Y, & he'll keep doing it until Z is this... and we've got to find him.'
