I know this is not new stuff, but, I got this as a Christmas present for me.I couldn't believe this, but, time warner did a good job in 2012.Like todays phony 3d movies.Even the flat bake drop projection of the fake tornado was in three dimension .The three d penetrated the sepia tones that normally block it.Sure it was Changing history ,but the movie was shot in 3d cinematography shots in 2d,which is basic best photography. The only thing that was original was that it was the first feature to be recoded in 4 track sound, originally to make the hi fi of the mono better. They had remix it in the early 90's theatrical reissue from original tracks ,i think all of Garland films were recode in 4 track multichannel sound in the forties .I had to admit they ddi a great job at this 3d. It was the only 3d film that had no throwing objects at the screen .Even today false 3d movie still do the old throwing at camera gimmick still, like the current star wars,\.I hate to admit it ,but, this was one of the better 3d films than the ones made in the fifties. This of course was a flat made movie that's why .This is how 3D movies should be produced with more emphasis on story an plot and not throwing things at the camera or excessive special effects.

Why would sepia tone prevent 3D from working?
