So basically, Doghouse6 , you liked it ? Right now, you really liked it ?
Ok...three votes yes from folks whose opinions I value. It's fer shure on the list now and moved up towards the top. Watch it BATouttaheck ! But you'll never look at worms the same again! And to be sure, you might want to watch 'Tremors' in a double-bill with Jeff Lieberman's rural horror classic 'Squirm' (1976), filmed in the beautiful state of Georgia, currently in a tussle with South Carolina to decide who has the best peaches.

Very entertaing movie, A kind of throwback to the old 1950s insects, spiders, and reptils that grows enormous and created havoc movies, but with a modern touch, and if normal people has to handle a new kind of threat. Every actor succeeds in playing their characters slightly over the top, and thanks to some little bit of restraint it all works.

Would we lead you astray? Safe to say it grabbed you, then, and the stampede of recommendations paid off.

I love this movie. In fact I love the whole franchise. Of course nothing comes close to the original. It is a true labor of love and perfect throw back to classic scifi monster movies of the past. All the sequels/prequel are fun and even the short lived TV series had it's charms.
But the first movie is pure entertainment with thrills and a great cast that act like real people in an unreal situation. 10/10
