Bumbling old granddad or passing hobo accidentally wandering through the frame? Or nightmarish supernatural child killer waiting for those kiddies to go to sleep tonight? Who knows? Today, spirit photography 👻 Those whacky funsters the Victorians had many hobbies... two of these were: photography, and spiritualism (ghosts, seances and stuff)... They decided that a good hobby would be to make fake spirit photos... Now, without digital cameras and photoshop, this was no easy task for them, using double exposures, hidden mirrors and the like... To be fair, some Victorian spirit photography is pretty damn creepy, and some not so much... Today, we delve in to the latter category... WOO 😱 sleep safely folks...  |

Today, a non-cynical look at old photographs... This one is actually rather cute... having therapy animals visit people in hospital for therapy sessions isn't just a modern thing... Check how happy this young girl is, getting to spend some time with the swimming therapy ducklings in hospital... they would make anyone smile... 🐥  |
