Shane led to a short-lived series with the same name.
There were three movies named Rawhide that might have inspired the series. One starred Lou Gehrig. Yes, that Lou Gehrig.
Platoon inspired Tour of Duty.
American Graffiti – Happy Days.
I Married a Witch – Bewitched.
It's been mentioned that Stalag 17 inspired Hogan's Heroes but Von Ryan's Express was at least as important. Both had swaggering flyboy colonels.

A Hard Day's Night/Help! --> The Monkees? Serpico spawned a TV show.

Hey, Bravo - can you clarify? Which City of Angels? I'm not making the connection here. Anticipating puzzlement, I made it a clickable link to the Wayne Rogers TV show.

American Graffiti – Happy Days. Hate to be a spoilsport, but Happy Days began as a Love, American Style episode ("Love and Happy Days") that aired in Feb '72, a year-and-a-half before the release of American Graffiti. It featured Ron Howard, Marion Ross and Anson Williams playing the roles they went on to do in the series, but had Harold J. Stone as Howard Cunningham. All the same, there can be no doubt that the popularity of American Graffiti helped provide a springboard to the development of the series.

In the Heat of the Night became a TV series (1988-1995) with Howard E. Rollins Jr. (Oscar nominee from Ragtime) playing Virgil Tibbs and Carroll O'Connor playing 'Bill' Gillespie.

I used to assume Happy Days was inspired by American Graffiti then I read about that Love American Style connection.
Raiders of the Lost Ark - Young Indiana Jones Chronicles (people forget Harrison Ford played him in one episode).
