That's good you can get it in Canada and there seems to be a lot of Horror streaming services coming out lately with new and classic Horror movies on them but I think a lot of the new Horror movies on them are not going to be seen by as many people as they would if they were released on DVD and Blu Ray 'cause a lot of people aren't going to want to pay for multiple streaming services especially when it is just for one or two movies and do you think there are too many streaming services now and how many do you have in Canada? Luckily over here we have some of the shows from multiple streaming services on Foxtel so we don't have to pay for them all individually and with Foxtel's deal with HBO we have the HBO Max shows on Showcase and we will be able to see 'Batgirl' when it comes out on HBO Max. Yes, there have been a lot of horror streaming services, Shudder being the most popular one. I feel like there may have been one too many streaming services although I find that with horror fans they like to buy the physical copy more than streaming, or maybe it's just with the horror fans that I've personally met. I can't count how many of them there are in Canada but I'm pretty sure we have a lot. The ones I have right now are Netflix, Disney+ and Tubi (cancelled Amazon Prime). I have heard of Shudder when I have been looking at the latest news on Horror sites but I am pretty sure we don't get that one here in Australia and we didn't get the DC Streaming Service here which I was disappointed over since I wanted to see how many comics were on it but instead we got some of the shows on Fox 8 like 'Doom Patrol' and 'Swamp Thing' on Fox 8. Yeah. I prefer buying Horror movies on DVD and Blu Ray from the shops and most Horror fans I know do too but some of the older ones seem to be really hard to get now and have you ever seen the original 'Fright Night 2' 'cause I did years ago and got it from the local video shop but I haven't been able to get it on DVD and they had it on the American Amazon for over $100 at one point which I thought was a rip off for one movie and now it is on the Australian one for $40 now but it is an import from Spain and we haven't got it 'cause it has Spanish writing on the box and I don't think it is the English version. I am not sure why it is so difficult to get compared to the original and two reboots but I have noticed that with a few and some have gone down a lot in price and are easy to get now but weren't for years. I am pretty impressed with how much they have on Tubi as I was saying on my email to you earlier and it has a pretty decent amount of things for something that is free and I am actually most looking forward to watching a lot of the music concerts and documentaries on there 'cause it has some of the ones we were planning on buying one day but won't have to just to see them now so thank you again for telling me about that since I am not up to date with all the streaming services and what ones you have to pay for and are free.

Great movie, and surely one of the best made superhero flicks of the late 80s and early 90s, along with the Tim Burton Batman films and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Love the performances of Liam Neeson and Larry Drake, and how the film make such a good use of combining tragedy, drama, romance, action and horror so well. Sadly, Neeson did not return to the lesser sequels, I guess by then, he had already become a huge and more serious movie star, more famous for dramatic parts than these action and over the top roles, but I thought he handled himself very well, as the tragic and sad figure of Peyton Westlake/Darkman, and in many ways the film and characters reminded me very much of the first RoboCop (1987) film, where you had these corrupt yuppie-villains who wanted to make a "better" city, by destroying the old, and instead ended up creating a very powerful enemy, but in the making destroying the life of an likeable everyday man, disfiguring him, both physically and mentally but one that would surely haunt the baddies for sure. I guess Neeson returning to the action and advneture genre with the success of Taken into the late 00s, was somewhat of a surprise to many, as they probably only knew him mostly from dramatic roles and movies, but for those who remembers Darkman, I guess it was of no shock, and I am glad he did the action stuff so great, but if there one day was to be made another Darkman chapter (live action or animated) I would love to see if Neeson could return, either as an older Westlake/Darkman or through maybe a villainous part, that or a nice cameo. Yeah. 'Darkman' was a great movie and it is one of my favourite superhero movies and I think it is very underrated. I liked Liam Neeson in the leading role too and I am glad he has returned to the Action genre now and we have enjoyed quite a few of his latest Action movies. Some might disagree but watching some of them I think he might have made a good James Bond but would be a little too old to replace Daniel Craig now. From what I heard about 'Darkman' there was some type of falling out with Sam Rami and the studio over the sequels and the direction they went in and Liam Neeson didn't like the script for the second movie so he turned down returning and I can't say I blame him 'cause the sequels were pretty bad in my opinion which was a shame 'cause I think Darkman would be more well known now if the sequels had lived up to the first movie and Liam kept doing them. It is funny you said you would like to see him return 'cause I did read an interview with him a few years back where he said he enjoyed the movie and would like to do it again if he liked the script and I think it is probably too late now 'cause he has been saying the next few movies he does are his final Action movies and he is going to retire from the genre 'cause he feels he is getting too old to do them but I wouldn't be surprised if they make a remake or reboot of it at some point in the near future 'cause of how popular superhero movies are now and it would be good if he made a cameo in it.
What did you think of 'The Crow' movies? I loved the first one and actually like 'The Crow: City of Angels' and 'The Crow: Salvation' but I wasn't a fan of 'Wicked Prayer' or the TV Show and if they bring it back again I would like to see more of the other graphic novels adapted like some of the latest ones instead of a remake of the one with Brandon Lee 'cause I don't think you can replace Brandon but there are a lot of Crows in the graphic novels including female ones like Iris Shaw who would be fun to see in live action.

I haven't seen Fright Night 2, or any of the Fright Night movies yet for that matter, but I don't understand why it's so rare to get either and why it hasn't been re-released. I am not sure if I would get the Spanish import as I'm not sure if there is an English option for you to watch and the disc may not be compatible with the different region code. You're welcome for the heads up on Tubi and I think there will be a good amount of options for you to watch, and Tubi tends to be one of the lesser known streaming services since there isn't that much that is popular on there, even though there will be some popular movies on there every now and then.
