The Newcomers (2000) is not a great movie, but it was the film debut of both Chris Evans and Paul Dano, neither get much to do here. Kate Bosworth is also in it, it's her second movie.

Spy Game Great film, one of my favorite latter day roles for Mr. Redford. What did you think? I really wish I could be more positive here but to be honest I found it rather boring. Its well acted but its a film that I just could not get into at all. |

Is that Movie any good ? It was good for me. I don't know whether or not others would like it. It's a love story with drama and tragedy. There's no fighting or action. Alicia Vikander looks pretty good and Christoph Waltz and Judi Dench are in it. Cara Delevingne has a small role. I'm extremely biased. I like period pieces, especially when they take place in Amsterdam. I got the idea of watching it from HirundoRustica and I enjoyed it. These days I get most of my suggestions from Hirundo and Chalice.

Thunderball Isn't " NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN" actually a Remake of this Movie ? Yes. Never Say Never Again is pretty much the same story except they did change things like Bond being older. Thunderball is the better film though. |

Thanks, Sulla. I oftentimes go by Hirundo's recommendations, as we like a lot of the same stuff. Though in the case of Tulip Fever, I'd actually bought it on DVD around the same time Hirundo must've seen it and posted her image/GIF from it. I still have yet to watch the movie, though. I've got SO many unwatched DVDs/Blu-rays that it's just simply a matter of getting around to watching them all. |
