The latest Michael Bay spectacle, I’m guessing? (1912), which I very much enjoyed. It's a short, though by 1912 standards it was full-length. The woman is Blanche Sweet, born 1896 died 1986, whose acting career began in 1909 and ended in 1960. It's comforting to know that she enjoyed a long life, and she helped provide film historians with information on the silent days. |

 It still astounds me how jaw dropping the make up is in Lincoln. Not just DDL. Compare a pic of Bruce McGill in the film and Secretary of War Stanton. TL Jones and Thad Stevens. Lee Pace and Rep. Fernando Wood. Being a student of the Civil War, it was worth the price of admission. |
