Horrible Disney Channel teen high school movie about two computer geeks who create a fake boyfriend from some hacked government program.
IMPO - Also from what you described here
but no doubt WS would be way better of course  .
The LIFETIME cable channels also seems to
" recycle storylines " from other films from way back as well .
Thanks so much xcalat3 for letting us know what this TV Movie was about also  . Yep its a poor Weird science 'recycle' and I'm watching all this Disney Channel crap because I got Disney+ and I've already seen all the classics so it would be a waste of money otherwise waiting for the MCU shows later this year now that the Mandalorian is over

That's definitely a smart and thought out plan
to get your money's worth with a cable channel indeed - enjoy   .
Who knows you may come across a Disney TV Movie
on that channel you may end up liking as well .
