Beautiful Kate (2009). Arguably, one of the most disturbing films I've seen.

Arguably, one of the most disturbing films I've seen. What is it about? Been five years since I watched it so I might have forgotten some plot points but it's a bit more horror than mystery. It begins with a man returning to his family house in the countryside and recollects events of his childhood that led to his isolated siblings exploring incest and death. A classic Lannister family adventure.
