 Captain Clegg aka Night Creatures 1962 Smuggling and bootlegging on the Romney marshes in the late 18th Century. It's a variation of the "Dr Syn" story. Hammer Films had promised their U.S. distributor a movie named "Night Creatures", but that movie was never made, so they attached that name to this movie instead, even if it's not a horror movie.
