Music: The Last Shadow Puppets - The Age of the Understatment (Vinyl) Films: Matango (1963) [dvd] Who Can Kill A Child (1976) [dvd]
I just revisited Matango on Sunday night. Very atmospheric film.
Who Can Kill a Child? is one of the best of all "killer kiddie" films.

Music:The Producers _ Twofer CD - The Producers / You Make the HeatThe Time _ What Time Is It?Movies:Tenebrae (1982) [Blu-Ray] Vanishing Point (1971) [Blu-Ray] The Conjuring 2 (2016) [Blu-Ray] The Crush (1993) [Blu-Ray]
I take it you got that special limited edition Blu of Tenebre that Synapse released?
I got Vanishing Point on Blu myself, shortly after the Christmas season. Haven't watched it yet.
The Crush is a "good", hilariously trashy Lolita type thriller.
It was Synapse, but not the limited steelbook edition. I am however considering getting the steelbook of 'Phemomna' directly from their website. Maybe 'Popcorn' too.

I might want to try ordering direct from a company website, but I'm afraid the cost of shipping to Canada (if they even DO ship to Canada) would be an arm and a leg.

Saw you review of "Matango". Might try to see it, sometime this week.

"Sometimes dead is betta."
Indeed, Fred is one of the best things about "Pet Sematary".

Love Simple Minds. They sure were big, back in the day.
"Cat's Eye" is fun. I'd say "Quitters, Inc." is my favorite segment in that. I've been meaning to watch my copy of "Special Effects". It's Larry Cohen, so you can't really go wrong.

Yeah, "Quitters, Inc." is my favorite also. I loves me some James Woods. 'Special Effects' isn't Cohen's best film, but is still pretty darned good. And of course Zoë Lund is absolutely gorgeous. I haven't watched the blu-ray yet, so I'm not sure about the picture quality. (hell, I haven't watched anything in over a week. Work sucks!)
