I will see it but it looks pretty stupid It is strange to me how the 2005 Peter Jackson CGI Kong can look more realistic than the CGI 2017 Kong.

I am kinda on the edge of giving it a chance or not given my impression from the commercials as i think the cast partially pushes me in favor of seeing it but at the same time i can just tell it's not a movie that will likely have any re-watch value either and that's where movies are ultimately made or broke for me. so it's probably going to boil down to the IMDb average rating and what i feel like at the time of it's release on video in whether ill see it or not. also, i never been much of a fan of movies that are too CGI heavy, especially once you get a bit older that stuff just does not really work for you like it once did (maybe some slight exceptions here and there though). p.s. a side little comment i thought i would say... it would have been kinda funny if Denzel Washington made a appearance near the end of the movie, and while going on the hunt for Kong, yelled 'King Kong ain't got $h1t on me!' (i.e. like he said in Training Day (2001)) a moment after he takes out King Kong and then the movies credits roll
