I’ll add High Hopes, from the 1959 film “A hole in the head”, performed by Frank Sinatra and child actor Eddie Hodges. And Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah, from Song of the South, sung by James Baskett.

My Kind of Town - Robin and the 7 Hoods (1964)... has become an anthem for the city of Chicago.

Theme from Mondo Cane (More) has long outlived its host movie.
Mondo Cane (1962) was maybe the first exploitation documentary (shockumentary) ever released, an international hit, has long faded from relevance. I've seen the movie because it was/is included in an edition of 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die. My opinion - the movie's mostly a crappy waste of time, has interest as a relic of movie history.
