I just want to reiterate that I think the film is stronger without the ‘whodunit?’ Aspect. So I found it far more enjoyable once I knew who the bad guys were and I could see how they interact with the others.

Great film, purchased the Blu-ray the day it was released. Being a massive Western fan I just hoped it would have rich characters, and it very much does so.

I saw it a third time in a way, with the extended Netflix miniseries version.

Yes. I have seen it three times (Dec 2015/Mar 2016/May 2019) and my 6.5-7/10 score remains (so it's in the bottom area of my favorite movies).
as for why I re-watch it, it should be obvious... like all movies, anything I enjoy enough to score at least a 6/10 will see a re-watch once in a while but movies I score in the 6-6.5/10 and higher range, especially 7/10's, tend to see the most re-watches. as a general rule... I re-watch everything I score a 6-6.5/10 or higher AT LEAST once every few years or so.
---------------------------------------------------------
The only QT movies I score a 7/10 or higher are...
1)Django Unchained (2012) - 7.5-8/10 2)Pulp Fiction (1994) - 7/10 3)Kill Bill Vol 2 (2004) - 6.5-7/10 4)The Hateful Eight (2015)
I have not seen Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) yet which I think could make the above list.
