And if they ever make The Question, I'd like that to crossover with Jessica Jones or Howard the Duck.

Good idea for a thread.
The Thor and Wonder Woman one that someone mentioned would probably be the one I'd go with.
Other than that I'd say either The Flash and Spider-man or a Superman vs Hulk movie.
