Well he was lined up to play the other big silver screen clown Pennywise, and I liked the idea, so I say give Will Poulter a stab at The Joker

I know Gyllenhaal is being talked about for a Batman role. But why not him as the joker? He fits the role perfectly and would probably play it to perfection.

Dafoe would no doubt make a great Joker but I am all joked out.
If they did a movie of the Emperor Joker story I might change my mind.
I want to see the Joker eat China. That could be a potentially very cool visual and would no doubt be thrilling for Chinese audiences.
