Content-wise he'd probably be ok, I just can't stand listening to his voice on all those Nationwide commercials.

Thank God there's no modern day equivalent of Dennis Miller or Tony Kornheiser.

Thank God there's no modern day equivalent of Dennis Miller or Tony Kornheiser. They're going for the young crowd and hiring Logan Paul. He needs a gig right now.

"We're talking about real, actual coverage here - not third down."
I find Peyton entertaining; of course I would say that as a Colts fan.

Anyway, better him than Rex Ryan.

I must be borderline Amish because I had no idea he existed before this little controversy erupted.

he's a likable guy despite the PED accusations and whipping his unit out to a Tennessee nursing staff assistant.
so's Eli - big picture - Eli needs to face facts its 'over' and him and Peyton can have a run in sports media of epic proportions......

Peyton & Eli should take over the booth. Slip some bourbon in there for colour.

I'm sure he'd be fine, in following with what seems to be a trend if it goes that way. I don't really get the love for Tony Romo, but if they want more star quarterbacks fresh out of the league then it's not such a bad thing, It's not like we've been blessed with great color announcers otherwise. There aren't many that I don't actively dislike.
The question is whether or not he has any interest. I'd see him more moving in the Jordan or Elway or Jeter type direction.
